Witness the Fitness is an annual weightlifting competition in support of the Fire Rescue House of Madison County. All proceeds are donated to the Fire Rescue House in support of their mission.

    • Teams check-in start at 8:30 AM

    • Doors open at 8:00 AM

    • 4 individual lifters

    • Anyone age 13+ welcome to compete!

    • Registration required via the registration page

    • Traditional unequipped powerlifting

    • Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift

    • Teams lift together, and are responsible for changing their own weights

    • Unsanctioned charity event
